The New Silver Income Fund offers accredited investors monthly income by investing in a diversified portfolio of short-term, first-lien residential transition loans (“RTLs”). Backed by a technology-driven platform and institutional underwriting, the Fund targets a mid-teens net annual return through a combination of monthly fixed income and annual profit sharing.

The Fund generates a high income return from a diversified portfolio of loans underwritten and originated by New Silver Lending LLC.

All loans are short-duration and secured with a first priority, perfected lien on residential investment properties in the United States. Notes are held in an indentured trust for the benefit of investors, Ankura Trust Company serving as trustee.

Fund returns are enhanced by committed senior leverage at a competitive cost of capital.

New Silver Lending has $3mm+ of equity invested pari passu with the Fund.

As the Co-Founder and CEO of New Silver, Kirill is passionate about building and helping others build innovative fintech solutions. He has over 18 years of experience spanning fintech, real estate, blockchain and cloud computing, and Kirill has bootstrapped two high-growth tech companies to multi-million dollar exits.

At New Silver, we leverage cutting-edge technologies to originate short-term construction loans with more efficiency, and securitize those loans on the blockchain, helping to reduce costs and make securitizations more efficient. We have originated and securitized over $150mm, and built tech for industry-fastest bridge loan originations.

In addition, Kirill is an angel investor in over 100 different companies across various sectors, and a member of the Economic Club of New York. His goal is to create value, improve and innovate, and solve real problems with the use of tech.
